Our Mission

The Valley Artists' Guild is an all-volunteer community of visual creatives based in Vermont's Mad River Valley.  We are inclusive and multidisciplinary, celebrating our members' work through annual exhibitions, educational and enrichment opportunities, and social gatherings.  By fostering community, culture and creativity, we are artists helping artists.

In loving Memory of Gary C. Eckhart

1941 - 2025

Members of the art community regarded Gary as the heart and soul of the Mad River Valley art world.  A kind and generous teacher and leader, he will be deeply missed.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Valley Artists Guild will keep his memory and legacy alive.
